Speak to a practitioner
before you commit to anything.
Two ways in, both answered by the same team. Book a consultation and sit with a practitioner who goes through your markers with you — or send a message on WhatsApp first and ask whatever you actually want to know.
A consultation is a conversation about a wellness programme. It is not medical advice, and nothing in it is a diagnosis.

Chat with us
WhatsApp is our chat channel. The message opens already written so you do not have to compose one — change it to your actual question and send. It goes to the team's own number, so a person reads it and a person replies.
No chat bubble on this page, and no bot: we would rather send you somewhere a human answers than stage a conversation nobody is watching.

What a consultation is — and is not
Worth reading before you book, so the conversation is useful to you and neither side is surprised by what it was for.
It is
- A conversation with a practitioner about a preventive-wellness programme, and whether one suits you at all.
- A read of the things you can feel and we can track — sleep, energy, digestion, movement — and which one is worth changing first.
- A straight answer on what a programme would ask of you: time, food, therapy visits, and for how long.
- A referral back to your own doctor when that is the honest answer.
It is not
- Not a diagnosis, and not a second opinion on one you already have.
- Not a prescription, and never a reason to stop anything your doctor has prescribed.
- Not a substitute for medical care, in an emergency or otherwise.
- Not a sales call — you can end it without booking a programme.
Who you might speak to
The practitioners at the Samshudhi centre, with the qualifications they hold. Which of them you see depends on the day and on what you want to talk about — booking does not reserve a named person.

Come to the campus
In-person consultations happen at the residential centre — a working naturopathy campus rather than a clinic corridor. If you are within driving distance, come and see it before you book anything.
