The people who
read your markers.
Every assessment at Samshudhi is read by a qualified practitioner, not a chart. Naturopathy, Ayurveda and physiotherapy sit in the same building and confer about the same person — which is why a protocol arrives as one plan rather than four opinions.

A team you can walk in and meet
Samshudhi has run a residential naturopathy and Ayurveda centre near Delhi for years — 30+ doctors and therapists, classical Panchakarma, mud and hydro rituals, yoga, and a daily rhythm refined over thousands of stays. The practitioners above lead that team; the therapists, yoga teachers and support staff around them are what makes a residential stay possible.
Samshudhi is preventive wellness. Practitioners read wellness markers and build daily protocols; anything outside that scope is referred back to your own physician.
Sit down with one of them.
A consultation starts with a balance assessment — your markers read in person, and the protocol that follows explained by the practitioner who wrote it.
